Look at our ants

Making ants

1. We made holes in the ant’s body so we could stick the legs in.

2. The legs were made out of pipe cleaners.

3. Next we did the antennae. We had to curl them up.

4. Then we glued the eyes on with P.V.A. glue.

5. Last we drew a mouth

What makes a good photo? Two of these are clear, two are a little fuzzy we need to make sure we hold the camera still when we push the button to take the photo.

HR- I love my mum because she tickles me and I love her baking.

ES - I love my mum because she smells good.

AC - I love my mum because she cooks my favourite food.

ZD - I love my mum because she makes sure I’m O.K.

AB - I love my mum because she does lots of baking with me.

CW - I love my mum because she gives me a lot of treats and she is so beautiful.

AF - I love my mum because when I am injured she makes sure I am O.K.

FC - I love my mum because she tickles me.

KMCB - I love my mum because she makes sure I’m O.K.

HW - I love my mum because she is so pretty.

PW - I love my mum because she makes me my favourite dinner and sometimes bikkies.

RJ - I love my mum because she makes me my favourite dinner.

Looking for some awesome books on our Inquiry topic? You need look no further than our very own library... these books have been set aside for us all to share so enjoy them but remember to put them back neatly.

“Hi everyone, this is my new friend, Freddy. You may have seen him in the library. He loves reading too! We have something exciting to tell you...the librarians are going to choose two people every lunch time who are showing fantastic library behaviour to put their names in a special box.
