Our class Play - The tree

HR - My holidays

In the weekends I went to my caravan. Kaley,Mum,Dad and I went to the movies. Kaley,Mum,Dad and I watched Kiwi Flyer.It was cool, because the meany lost and the nice boy won. He got the trophy. By HR

My shadow is like a withces cat. It is as black as coal. When I try to get away from it, it chases me like a cop tries to get the robber. By K McB

Cross country

Rm 9 did so well at the cross country all our training paid off. Everyone of our class ran the whole way without stopping, I was sooooo proud of them. AC came in first place in the year 1 girls. HR came about 7th after falling over and coming from the back of the field, she did so well. KT came 1st in the year 1 boys and ZD came 4th. Not sure how the others placed as I was then down to start the year 2's. But all in all a super effort by all.

AC - Cars

Cars have a handle to get in and out. Cars have a seat belt so the people won't fall out. By AC

The very hungry giant by Room 9

For maths week we retold the very hungry caterpillar as it had maths themes like number and the days of the week.  We made a big book with a few changes, ours was called the very hungry giant and he had an interesting diet!
